Position Title: Ticket Agent/Customer Service Representative
Employment Type: Part-Time
Location: Clinton, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Open and/or close ticket office.
- Provide general assistance to walk-in customers and manage phone calls in a professional manner.
- Sell bus tickets and make reservations through various computer programs.
- Provide bus schedules and ticket prices to customers.
- Reconcile cash drawer before and after shift, prepare reports with supporting documentation.
- Maintain brochure racks and bulletin boards with up-to-date information.
- Keep office and waiting areas clean and neat.
- Follow company policies to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Extended periods of sitting and standing.
- Be polite and courteous to customers and fellow co-workers.
- Be reliable, responsible, and dependable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Be able to wear a face covering and social distance when dealing with customers and fellow co-workers.
Qualifications:
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be able to read and write English. Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug, and alcohol test.
- Must have data entry/basic computer skills including but not limited to email.
- Must be available to work flexible schedule due to the nature of the industry.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
