Position Title:                Ticket Agent/Customer Service Representative
Employment Type:        Part-Time
Location:                         Clinton, NJ

Responsibilities:

  • Open and/or close ticket office.
  • Provide general assistance to walk-in customers and manage phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Sell bus tickets and make reservations through various computer programs.
  • Provide bus schedules and ticket prices to customers.
  • Reconcile cash drawer before and after shift, prepare reports with supporting documentation.
  • Maintain brochure racks and bulletin boards with up-to-date information.
  • Keep office and waiting areas clean and neat.
  • Follow company policies to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting and standing.
  • Be polite and courteous to customers and fellow co-workers.
  • Be reliable, responsible, and dependable.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Be able to wear a face covering and social distance when dealing with customers and fellow co-workers.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must be able to read and write English. Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug, and alcohol test.
  • Must have data entry/basic computer skills including but not limited to email.
  • Must be available to work flexible schedule due to the nature of the industry.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
